Mathieu Pacaud

 

This month we feature a sumptuous cookery book by renowned Michelin Star French Chef Mathieu Pacaud. Published by Glenat, it has some 800 pages with each chapter arranged alphabetically by the main ingredients. It’s bound in real cloth with gold and white foil blocking. The text paper is a 120 gsm Natural Evolution White and it also features two marker ribbons – truly a feast for the eyes!
